Refund Policy

 Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
